How payment will work
Online payment for subscriptions is being prepared. Registration and the free plan work right away; until online payment is live, contact us to pay for the Professor plan directly.

Currency
Customers in Bosnia and Herzegovina pay in convertible marks (KM, BAM), everyone else in euros. Invoices are issued by Prominech Solutions, without VAT, as it is not registered for VAT.

What is the founding-member price?
Our first users pay €8.99 per month or €70 per year instead of the regular €14.99 per month or €130 per year. The offer is available only during the first month after launch, and once you have it, it stays yours forever while your subscription remains continuously active. If you cancel or it lapses, the regular price applies when you come back.
Do students pay?
No. Students never pay; the professor adds them to the course.
How will I pay for a subscription?
Card payments will go through the Monri payment platform, and PayPal will be supported too. Customers in Bosnia and Herzegovina pay in convertible marks (KM), everyone else in euros. Online payment is being prepared; until then, contact us to pay directly.
What happens to my data if I downgrade or cancel?
Data is never deleted. If you move to a smaller plan or cancel, all your courses and data stay saved.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Cancelling stops the renewal, and access continues until the end of the paid period. Amounts paid are not refunded.
How do I get invoices?
Invoices are issued by Prominech Solutions and read “ISEUS Professor – monthly SaaS subscription” or “ISEUS Professor – annual SaaS subscription”. Prominech Solutions is not registered for VAT, so the invoiced amount is final, without VAT.
What is the Campus plan and what does it cost?

Is the Free plan really free forever?
Yes. The Free plan is free forever, with one active course and up to 30 students, and data is never deleted. For more courses or students you need the Professor plan, and you can try its full capacity free for 30 days.

The professor starts. The institution joins when it is ready.
ISEUS is built professor-first. You do not need a faculty decision, a tender or an IT department to make your own semester easier. Once several professors already work in ISEUS, the institution can connect everything into one whole.

What an institution gets with Campus
Campus is the institution’s own space with its real structure of university, faculties and study programmes. Prominech Solutions sets it up under a contract and appoints the institution’s administrator.
Faculty and programme structure
Courses live inside the institution’s real faculties and study programmes instead of separate personal workspaces.
Inviting professors
The administrator invites professors by email, tracks invitations and members, removes members and, when needed, appoints the main professor of a course.
Transferring existing courses
A professor requests to move their course into one of the institution’s programmes and the administrator approves. The same course moves, with all academic years, results and the change log.
Statistics per faculty and programme
Number of courses and students, enrolments, completed and passed courses in the year, signatures, lecture and lab attendance and exam pass rates (directly and through partial exams), for the institution, each faculty, programme and course.
Course health
Aggregated health-check findings per course: how many courses have errors or warnings, without exposing student data.
Change overview
The change history of staff and settings of the institution’s courses. For changes about an individual student, only who changed what and when is shown.
Shared study programmes
When several independent professors run courses of the same real programme, Prominech Solutions connects them, by agreement, into one shared study programme.
AI assistant “Ask ISEUS”
2,500 questions per month: course statistics and draft reports for teaching staff, help for students in their own courses, without sending student names to the AI service.
Institution statistics are always aggregated: a student in two courses is counted once, and individual grades are not shown.
