What this covers

The “ISEUS Professor – monthly SaaS subscription” and the “ISEUS Professor – annual SaaS subscription”. The Free plan and the trial are not paid. For Campus, the terms of the contract with the institution apply. Students never pay.

How to cancel

Cancel in the app, in the subscription section, or by e-mail to info@prominech.com from your account’s address.

• What happens

  The subscription no longer renews and there are no further charges.

• Access

  All Professor plan features stay available until the end of the period already paid for.

• Changed your mind

  Until the end of the paid period you can take the cancellation back and the subscription continues as if you had not cancelled.

• After the period ends

  The workspace moves to the Free plan or, if it is over the Free limits, into the 15-day grace period described in the Terms of Service. No data is deleted.

Refunds

Amounts paid are not refunded, neither for the current nor for a partly used monthly or annual period. Cancelling does not trigger a refund; it stops the next renewal.

These rules do not limit any rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law. If you believe you were charged by mistake, contact us at info@prominech.com.

Changing plans

Switching between monthly and annual billing takes effect from the next renewal. Moving to the Free plan does not refund the amount paid for the current period.
