Parties and service

ISEUS is a cloud-based software platform (SaaS) developed and operated by Prominech Solutions (sole proprietorship), Kruščica bb, 72250 Vitez, Bosnia and Herzegovina, identification number 4338282760008, e-mail info@prominech.com. By registering for or using ISEUS you accept these terms. For Campus institutions, the signed contract prevails.

Right of use

ISEUS is not sold as a copy of software. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to use the platform over the internet, for teaching and its administration, while your account is active and, for paid plans, while your subscription runs. You receive no right to the source code, to install it or to sublicense it.

Ownership

The software, design, documentation and the ISEUS brand remain the property of Prominech Solutions. The data you enter remains yours or your institution’s; Prominech Solutions uses it only to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Accounts and roles

Professors register themselves. Assistants and students are added or invited by professors, and the administrator of a Campus institution is set up by Prominech Solutions under the contract. Each account is used by one person. You are responsible for accurate data, keeping your password secret and everything done with your account; tell us at once if you suspect misuse. Students never pay to use ISEUS.

Plans and subscriptions

Current prices and plan limits are published on the Pricing page. Limits are checked when staff create courses or add students.

• Free

  No charge and no time limit: one active course and up to 30 students.

• Professor

  A paid monthly or annual subscription: “ISEUS Professor – monthly SaaS subscription” or “ISEUS Professor – annual SaaS subscription”. A 30-day trial is available once, on request, and does not turn into a paid subscription automatically.

• Campus

  “ISEUS Campus – annual subscription to the cloud platform”, under a contract with the institution.

Prominech Solutions is not registered for VAT (PDV), so no VAT is charged; published prices are final.

Payment and automatic renewal

Once online payment is enabled, you pay by card through Monri or with PayPal; until then, direct payment can be arranged. ISEUS never stores card details. When recurring payments are enabled, a subscription renews automatically at the end of each period for the same period until you cancel it. We tell you about a price change in advance, before the renewal it applies to.

Founding-member price

Anyone who starts a subscription or trial while the founding-member offer is open keeps that price for life while the subscription stays continuously active, including switches between monthly and annual billing. The price is lost if a cancelled subscription ends or if the subscription is not renewed by the end of the grace period; on return the regular price applies. The offer deadline is published on the Pricing page.

Expiry, grace period and lock

If a paid subscription or trial ends and the workspace is within the Free plan limits, you continue on the Free plan right away. If it is over those limits, a 15-day grace period with warnings follows, after which the professor workspace is locked until the subscription is renewed. No data is deleted.

With your explicit consent the workspace can be converted to the Free plan: you keep one course and up to 30 of its students (students who completed the course stay), and the other courses are archived and can be restored with a paid plan.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time in the app or by e-mail. Cancelling only ends the membership: the subscription no longer renews and access continues until the end of the period already paid for. Until then you can take the cancellation back. For Campus, the notice periods of the contract apply.

Refunds

Pending legal review

Amounts paid are not refunded, neither for the current period nor for a partly used one. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and you keep access until the end of the paid period.

This does not limit any rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law.

Data you enter

As a professor or institution you are the controller of the student data you enter, and you are responsible for having a legal basis for entering it and for informing students about the processing. Enter only data needed for teaching. A student added from another institution must confirm it. Prominech Solutions processes this data as a processor, under the Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

You may not:

• Access without authorisation

  Access other people’s accounts, courses or data, share access with unauthorised persons, or work around plan limits or security measures.

• Disrupt the service

  Overload it, scrape it automatically in bulk, probe it for vulnerabilities without agreement, or upload malicious code.

• Upload unlawful content

  Upload unlawful content, content that infringes the rights of others, or data you have no legal basis for.

• Impersonate

  Use another person’s identity or falsely act on behalf of an institution.

In case of abuse or a security risk we may restrict or temporarily lock an account, and we will tell you about it.

AI assistant

Paid plans include the AI assistant “Ask ISEUS” with a monthly question allowance published on the Pricing page; students use it free of charge, in courses with a paid plan and within a daily limit. Answers are generated automatically and may be wrong or incomplete: check them before you use or publish them. The AI assistant does not change data in ISEUS and does not publish anything. Do not type data into questions that is not needed. How data is processed is described in the Privacy Policy.

Availability and maintenance

We aim to keep ISEUS available without interruption, but for the Free and Professor plans we do not guarantee a specific uptime; for Campus a service level can be agreed. We announce planned maintenance in advance whenever possible and schedule it outside teaching hours where we can. Urgent fixes are made immediately. Features may change and improve; we give notice before removing a material feature.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Prominech Solutions is not liable for indirect damage, lost profits, data loss caused by the user or the consequences of incorrectly entered data. ISEUS calculates points and a suggested grade using the rules the teacher sets; the teacher is responsible for checking results before publishing them. Total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months. This limitation does not apply to damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of Bosnia and Herzegovina. We will first try to resolve any dispute amicably. If that fails, the competent court at the registered office of Prominech Solutions has jurisdiction [TODO lawyer: confirm the competent court], unless mandatory consumer protection rules provide otherwise.

Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. We notify you of material changes by e-mail or in the app at least [PERIOD — proposed: 30 days] before they take effect. If you do not agree, you can cancel your subscription; continuing to use ISEUS after the changes take effect means you accept them.
