What an institution gets with Campus
Campus is the institution’s own space with its real structure of university, faculties and study programmes. Prominech Solutions sets it up under a contract and appoints the institution’s administrator.
Faculty and programme structure
Courses live inside the institution’s real faculties and study programmes instead of separate personal workspaces.
Inviting professors
The administrator invites professors by email, tracks invitations and members, removes members and, when needed, appoints the main professor of a course.
Transferring existing courses
A professor requests to move their course into one of the institution’s programmes and the administrator approves. The same course moves, with all academic years, results and the change log.
Statistics per faculty and programme
Number of courses and students, enrolments, completed and passed courses in the year, signatures, lecture and lab attendance and exam pass rates (directly and through partial exams), for the institution, each faculty, programme and course.
Course health
Aggregated health-check findings per course: how many courses have errors or warnings, without exposing student data.
Change overview
The change history of staff and settings of the institution’s courses. For changes about an individual student, only who changed what and when is shown.
Shared study programmes
When several independent professors run courses of the same real programme, Prominech Solutions connects them, by agreement, into one shared study programme.
AI assistant “Ask ISEUS”
2,500 questions per month: course statistics and draft reports for teaching staff, help for students in their own courses, without sending student names to the AI service.
Institution statistics are always aggregated: a student in two courses is counted once, and individual grades are not shown.
