ISEUS

Platform, apps and data

For independent professors and for institutions

ISEUS is built so that a professor does not have to wait for a faculty decision. You register, get your own workspace and run your courses. When the institution wants the full picture, Campus brings the professors’ courses into the real structure of faculties and study programmes.

How it works

  1. 01

    The professor registers

After confirming your email you get your own workspace on the free plan, and a guide takes you through profile, course, academic year, students and assistants.

  2. 02

    The institution gets Campus

With a Campus contract the institution gets its own structure of faculties and study programmes and an administrator who invites professors.

  3. 03

    Courses move into the institution

The professor requests a transfer of their course and the administrator approves it. The same course moves, with all its years, results and history.

  4. 04

    An overview for the institution

The administrator sees aggregate figures: attendance, pass rates, signatures and course health per faculty and programme.

What each role gets

Professor

Start right away and on your own. If your institution joins later, your work is not lost: the course moves with all its data.

Assistant

Assistants are free and unlimited on the free plan, and become institution members when a course is transferred.

Student

Nothing changes for students: the same account, the same courses, no payment.

Frequently asked questions

Can I use ISEUS if my faculty does not?

Yes. A professor registers on their own and runs their courses in a personal workspace, without any institutional decision.

What is ISEUS Campus?

Campus is a contract for faculties and universities: the real structure of faculties and programmes, an administrator who invites professors, transfer of existing courses and aggregate statistics per faculty and programme.

What happens to my course when it moves to the institution?

The same course moves, with all academic years, enrolments, results and the change log. Nothing is copied and nothing is lost.

What does the institution’s administrator see about students?

Aggregate figures, not individual grades. In the change overview, entries about an individual student only show who changed what and when.
