Teaching and attendance

Excel import of students and results

Your student list usually exists in Excel already. ISEUS takes it as it is, checks the data before saving anything and sends every student an invitation. The same goes for exam results, and reports go the other way: from ISEUS to PDF and Excel.

How it works

  1. 01

    Upload the sheet

Upload an Excel file with your students. The system checks the data and reports errors before anything is saved.

  2. 02

    Students get access

New students receive an email to set a password, and existing accounts are reused.

  3. 03

    Exam results

Import exam results from Excel instead of typing them in one by one.

  4. 04

    Reports

Download the attendance report for a session as PDF or Excel, or send it by email.

What each role gets

Professor

A new year group is in the system in minutes, with no names and index numbers typed by hand.

Assistant

You download or send the attendance report for your session without building a spreadsheet.

Student

No need to register yourself: your professor adds you and you only set a password.

Frequently asked questions

How do I import students from Excel?

Upload an Excel sheet with your student list. ISEUS checks the data before saving it, and students receive an email to set their password.

Do students have to register themselves?

No. Students are added or imported by the professor. If a student already has an account, that account is used.

Can I download an attendance report in Excel?

Yes. The attendance report for a lecture or lab is available as PDF and Excel and can be sent by email.
